Chef – Christopher Little
My passion for cooking started with growing up in an Italian family where food was life. And cooking was using produce grown in the back yard.
I’m now a qualified chef of 24 years with experience working in restaurants, cafes and function centre's.
During this time, I have won Apprentices of the Year multiple times to Apprentice of the Year across every trade.
I went on to competing in competitions as an apprentice where I captained teams competing as a qualified chef. I was awarded Restaurant of the Year, two years in a row.
I also built a cooking competition for hotels in Geelong, where I raised thousands of dollars for the children’s ward in Geelong – which I’m very proud of.
I have built my reputation as a chef through building teams in kitchens taking businesses from average to running at full capacity every week.
Being a Chef is my passion.
